Pictures from Snowstorm

December 14, 2007 / by kimbond

Only have a minute -- have to try to get my car out of the driveway and on the road to get to work. But figured I'd try to find out how bad it is between Westerly, RI where I live, and Norwich, CT where I work. Haven't really gotten an answer yet, but found this cool slide show of viewer's pictures on CT Channel 30's website.

Also, my son who is a truck driver in the MA / RI area was out in the storm yesterday, and when I texted him to find out if he was ok, this picture was his response. Hopefully he got home sometime last night!

Update: Spoke to my son Alex later this morning and he said he made it back to the terminal safely at 11:50 instead of 5PM. A 17+ hour day! Nice overtime!!

I think you're going to have to cut and paste the "link" into your address bar to get to the slide show. Sorry, I still don't know how to add links to my posts.[HUH]

If your in the advanced editor you can add links (look for the icon of the world with a chain link across it). Glad Alex got to the terminal ok!!

Thanks for the info. Haven't been in the advanced editor section, since I'm still a beginner [LOL]
Alex was glad when the day was finally over, but thrilled with the overtime! [THUMBUP]

    Wow what a storm.

I don't know what "editor" I am using but up in the left corner under where you type in your title, there are letters that show bold italic etc, under that there is a little picture of a chain if you copy your link and select the word you want to make a link then click on the chain a window comes up where you paste your link.
